Sunflower seeds are one of nature's gifts to us. It has a lot of nutrients packed in one little food. They are one of the best Vitamin E sources out there. Ingredients:

1 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/2cup  oats

1/4 cup raw cocoa

1/4 teaspoon baking powder (aluminium free)

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Heat the oven to 350 F. Chop the sunflower seeds and oats until they are powder. Add the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips and blend until it forms a sticky dough. After adding the chocolate chips form cookies in 3 cm diameter and place the on a non-stick paper. Cook 10 minutes.
