1 can of Romano Beans ,washed and drained

1/2 of an onion diced 

2 cloves of garlic chopped

2 tbs olive oil

2 tbs  tomato paste

1 small potato cut in 1 cm cubes

1 carrot diced

1 tsp honey

1/2 lemon's juice

1 glass of water

pinch of salt

Place the onion and garlic in olive oil in a cooking pan. Stir them until they are soft in medium heat. Add the tomato paste and keep stirring.Add the water ,honey,lemon juice, salt and bring to boil. Add in the potato and carrots and boil in low heat another 5 minutes. Put the beans and keep boiling until the water evaporates to the level of the beans. Your beans need to be very soft .You can consume either cold or warm.
